Kristen Bromberek will join practitioners from around the world to share best practices and insights on cross-examination in international arbitration as she facilitates multiple workshops for the second edition of this event in association with the Global Arbitration Review and Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
The half-day event will consist of the following workshops:
Masterclass: The Art of Cross Examination
This session will introduce the abstract ideas of cross examination in the context of international arbitration offering opportunities for Q&A throughout to establish a foundation of good cross examination techniques.
GAR Academy Live: What Would You Do? Practical Examples of Cross Examination
This session will introduce scenarios based on practical examples of cross examination. Participants will then collaborate in groups to work through the scenarios and will have the opportunity to hear feedback from the contributing faculty and their respective approach.
