Intermediate State and Local Taxation Conference

Zach Gladney will speak on the panel titled “State Taxation of Foreign Income” during this conference hosted by NYU School of Professional Studies. Attendees will learn about the imposition of state income taxation on foreign companies acting within the United States, including the treatment of non-ECI and/or treaty-protected income, plus the treatment of GILTI. Attendees will also learn about the composition of combined returns – water’s edge and/or worldwide – and the continued push in some states to make worldwide reporting permanent.
