Alston & Bird ranked No. 4 on the list of “Top Workplaces in Atlanta” by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. This is the fifth consecutive year the publication has singled out the firm as a premiere employer.
In addition to the top workplaces award, Alston & Bird received special recognition for outstanding leadership, with Richard Hays, the firm’s managing partner, honored for creating a “positive culture” and “relating goals and direction” and for his “fair and consistent treatment” of employees.
The ranking follows recent recognition by Fortune magazine, which named Alston & Bird one of the country’s top 100 employers – for the 16th consecutive year – as well as one of the country’s top 10 best companies for women.
Atlanta’s top workplaces survey was conducted in partnership with Workplace Dynamics, which surveyed 244 companies and almost 50,000 employees.
