Andy Tuck Appointed to International Chamber of Commerce’s Young Arbitrators Forum

Andy Tuck, partner in Alston & Bird’s International Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Group, has been appointed as a regional representative of the International Chamber of Commerce’s (ICC) Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF).

Tuck is among 10 members representing the YAF’s North America region. He will serve a two-year term to help develop and promote the YAF, including playing an active role in the forum’s flagship event – the biennial ICC YAF Global Conference, to be held this year in New York on June 9-10 – and participating in the North America regional conference scheduled for 2018.

Tuck is active in a number of professional organizations, including serving on the advisory board of the MIT Enterprise Forum of Atlanta, the service council for the Atlanta Legal Aid Society, and the executive committee of the Atlanta Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. He is also co-chair of the Atlanta International Arbitration Society’s conference on “International Business Disputes in an Era of Receding Globalism,” scheduled for October 22-23, 2017.

With more than 10,000 members worldwide, the YAF is the largest young arbitration practitioners’ association of its kind.
