Cathy Benton, Alston & Bird’s chief human resources officer, has been honored by Great Place to Work as a recipient of its inaugural Great Place to Work® For All™ Leadership Award.
The award recognizes women leaders from companies on Fortune’s annual list of the “100 Best Companies to Work For” and “Best Workplaces for Women.”
This is the second award earned by Benton in as many years for her leadership in helping to make Alston & Bird a workplace standout not only among law firms, but also among all businesses.
In 2017 Benton was recognized by the Georgia Diversity Council with its 2017 “Most Powerful & Influential Women” Award.
In announcing the honorees, Great Place to Work CEO Michael C. Bush said: “We are excited to celebrate the achievements of some of the top women leaders at America’s greatest companies.
