Alston & Bird has been named one of the top places to work in Dallas–Fort Worth by The Dallas Morning News, marking the first time the firm has been featured in the publication’s annual survey of the “Top 100 Places to Work.”
Acknowledged for its exceptional corporate culture and workplace excellence, Alston & Bird debuted at No. 30 in the survey’s small-size business category.
“We help clients resolve complex issues while trying to make a positive difference in the lives of our employees and our communities,” said Darren Hauck, partner-in-charge of Alston & Bird’s Dallas office. “Focusing on our culture gives our employees more freedom to be passionate about their work and their community.”
Now in its 10th year, the survey is a partnership between The Dallas Morning News and Energage LLC, which administers the study. Based solely on employee feedback, the survey measures a number of attributes, including leadership performance, sense of mission, career opportunities, culture, pay, and benefits.
