Alston & Bird has been recognized by Fortune magazine as one of the country’s best places to work for parents.
In Fortune’s 2018 survey of America’s “50 Best Workplaces for Parents,” Alston & Bird ranks No. 24 and is one of only three law firms recognized by the publication.
This is Alston & Bird’s second appearance in the Fortune survey, having first made the list in 2016.
Fortune notes that the winning companies “strive to support working parents through policies that ease the worries of all moms and dads” and “know their human capital is their greatest asset and that supporting families makes for better employees.”
The survey was conducted in partnership with Great Place to Work®.
The ranking is the latest in a series of awards honoring Alston & Bird’s special workplace culture. Other recent firm accolades include being named among Fortune’s 2018 “100 Best Companies to Work For®” and earning a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s 2018 “Corporate Equality Index.”
