Alston & Bird has been named one of the top places to work in Texas by Fortune magazine.
In the publication’s 2019 survey of the “50 Best Companies to Work for in Texas,” the firm ranks No. 10 in the large-company category and is one of only two law firms to earn the best workplace distinction.
The ranking marks the second time Alston & Bird has been recognized by Fortune as a top workplace in Texas, having debuted in the survey in 2017.
The ranking comes on the heels of another recent survey by The Dallas Morning News that also named Alston & Bird a top place to work in Dallas–Fort Worth.
Conducted in partnership with Great Place to Work®, the Fortune survey canvassed Alston & Bird employees across a number of areas that are key to a winning culture – including values, leadership, trust, and camaraderie – with 94 percent saying the firm is a great place to work. The ranking accounted for the experiences of all employees across job levels, tenure, and demographic categories such as age, race, and gender.
