Alston & Bird acted as legal advisor to real estate finance company Ready Capital Corporation in the completion of its previously announced $550 million acquisitions of a series of privately held real estate structured finance opportunities funds, with a focus on construction lending, managed by Mosaic Real Estate Credit Management LLC (Mosaic Real Estate Credit LLC, Mosaic Real Estate Credit TE LLC, and MREC International Incentive Split LP).

Alston & Bird acted as legal advisor to real estate finance company Ready Capital Corporation in its announced $550 million acquisition of a series of privately held, real estate structured finance funds, with a focus on construction lending and workforce housing, managed by MREC Management LLC.

Alston & Bird acted as counsel to Piper Sandler and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods as the placement agents for a private offering of $350 million in senior secured notes by a subsidiary of real estate finance company Ready Capital Corporation.
