Alston & Bird has been named one of the top places to work in Charlotte by the Charlotte Business Journal, marking the fourth year the firm has been recognized with this honor.
In the publication’s 2020 survey of the “Best Places to Work in Charlotte,” the firm ranks No. 12 among the largest companies (50-249 employees) identified as Charlotte’s elite employers and is one of only two law firms represented in the category.
As highlighted by the survey: “These Charlotte companies met the challenge of Covid-19 to keep their workplaces moving while building cultures that can be sustained in any setting.”

The Charlotte Business Journal has been publishing its “Best Places to Work” survey annually since 2007. The rankings are based on employee surveys that are conduced and scored by Quantum Workplace.
