In this 2020 survey of America’s “Best Workplaces for Parents,” Alston & Bird ranks No. 68 among the survey’s 100 top companies recognized for creating consistently positive experiences for working parents. This is the firm’s third appearance in this survey, having first made the list in 2016.
Conducted in partnership with Great Place to Work®, the survey canvassed Alston & Bird parents across a number of areas – including values, leadership, trust, and camaraderie – with 92 percent saying the firm is a great place to work. The ranking accounted for the experiences of parents across job levels, tenure, and demographics.
The ranking is the latest in a series of awards honoring Alston & Bird’s special workplace culture. Other recent firm accolades include being named among the 2020 “100 Best Companies to Work For®” and People Magazine’s 2020 “50 Companies That Care,” in addition to earning a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s 2020 “Corporate Equality Index.”
