Alston & Bird has been shortlisted by International Tax Review (ITR) in three transfer pricing categories for the “Americas Tax Awards 2021.”
Now in its 17th year, the awards recognize the world’s leading tax and transfer pricing firms, highlighting the most impressive work and achievements carried out in the Americas from February 1, 2020, to January 31, 2021.
Alston & Bird was nominated in the following categories:
- U.S. Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year
- North America Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year
- North America Transfer Pricing Practice Leader of the Year: Richard Slowinski
In July, Alston & Bird added to its market-leading Transfer Pricing Group with the arrival of counsel Miller Williams, who advises multinational companies on complex transfer pricing matters, with an emphasis on international transfer pricing controversy, audits, advance pricing agreements, competent authority, and intercompany planning and structuring.
The ITR award winners will be announced at a virtual ceremony to be held September 22, 2021.
