Alston & Bird intellectual property (IP) partners Jason Cooper and Yuri Mikulka have been recognized among the world’s top IP strategists by Intellectual Asset Management in the 2022 edition of the “IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists.”
Cooper, who is co-chair of Alston & Bird’s Intellectual Property Practice, has been named to this prestigious guide for six years in a row. Focusing his practice on mechanical, manufacturing, and medical device technologies, he manages and helps monetize patent portfolios of various domestic and international clients.
A member of Alston & Bird’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group, Mikulka, who leads the firm’s Consumer Technology Patent Litigation Team, was named to the guide for the second year in a row. She defends clients in court actions, arbitrations, and pre-suit disputes nationwide, focusing her practice on patent and trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and complex business disputes.
The “IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists” is based on research by senior members of the global IP community. The publication identifies these individuals as those “who are leading the way in the development and implementation of strategies that maximize the value of IP portfolios.”
