The firm ranks No. 21 among the survey’s 100 top companies recognized for creating consistently positive experiences for all working parents. The Great Place to Work® survey evaluates the cultures of thousands of organizations, including responses from over 612,000 working parents across job levels, tenures, and demographics.
The recognition is the latest in a series of awards honoring Alston & Bird’s distinctive workplace culture. Other recent accolades include being named among Fortune’s 2023 “100 Best Companies to Work For” and People magazine’s 2023 “100 Companies That Care.”
