For the fifth time since 2016, Alston & Bird has been recognized as one of America’s “Best Workplaces for Women” by Fortune magazine.
The firm ranks #44 among the 2023 survey’s 100 top companies recognized for creating consistently positive experiences and opportunities for women. Conducted in partnership with Great Place to Work, the survey focused on participants’ workplace experiences compared to men, and their daily opportunities for growth and innovation.
The recognition is the latest in a series of awards honoring Alston & Bird’s distinctive workplace culture. Other recent firm accolades include being named among Fortune’s 2023 “100 Best Companies to Work For” and People magazine’s 2023 “100 Companies That Care.”
