The ranking accounts for the experiences of all employees across job levels, tenure, and demographic categories such as age, race, and gender.
In addition to the Fortune ranking, Alston & Bird has earned several recent accolades highlighting the firm’s distinctive workplace culture, including recognition in People magazine’s 2023 “Companies That Care” and the 2023 “Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion” by the Human Rights Campaign.
