Alston & Bird has boosted its Finance Group and Structured & Warehouse Finance Team by adding partner Boong-Kyu (B.K.) Lee in New York. B.K. focuses his practice on advising issuers, underwriters, and financial institutions on a wide range of structured finance transactions, including public and private securitizations across key asset classes.

Alston & Bird has expanded its corporate debt advisory and restructuring capabilities with the addition of Doug Taber as senior counsel in the firm’s New York office.

Alston & Bird today announced the appointment of Tara Castillo to lead the firm’s Structured & Warehouse Finance Team, effective immediately.
