Megan Ault, senior associate in Alston & Bird’s Environment, Land Use & Natural Resources Group, has been selected to be a part of Toyota’s Counsel in Motion Program Class of 2024.
This highly selective six-month program acknowledges the importance of diverse perspectives and ideas in the legal profession and provides senior associates with business development, leadership, and mentorship opportunities to carry throughout their legal careers.
Megan advises clients on cost recovery matters; federal and state regulatory compliance involving the EPA, the California State and Regional Water Boards, and Air Resources Board; and land use issues under the California Environmental Quality Act. Clients rely on Megan’s experience with complex environmental programs, including CERCLA, RCRA, and the Clean Water Act, to meet their litigation, enforcement, project development, and remediation needs.
