Alston & Bird has once again been ranked among America’s top adoption-friendly workplaces, marking 18 consecutive years that the firm has been recognized nationally as a leader in employee adoption benefits.
In the 2024 survey of the “Top 100 Adoption-Friendly Workplaces” by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, Alston & Bird ranks No. 19 overall.
The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption has been publishing its top adoption-friendly workplaces annually since 2007. The Foundation partnered with RTI International, an independent, nonprofit research institute, to survey employers across the United States and score participants based on three criteria: financial reimbursement, paid leave, and the percentage of employees eligible for those benefits.
