Alston & Bird’s Alex Graf, senior policy advisor with the firm’s Health Care Legislative & Public Policy Group, has been named a 2025 “Top Lobbyist” by the National Institute for Lobbying & Ethics (NILE). The annual list recognizes professionals who set the standard for excellence, integrity, and results in public policy advocacy.
A former senior official at the Department of Health and Human Services and staff director of the Senate Finance Subcommittee on Health Care, Alex now helps clients navigate Washington’s complex policy and political landscape.
The recognition highlights the continuing strength of Alston & Bird’s Legislative & Public Policy Team, which was named a “Top-Performing Lobbying Firm” in 2024 by Bloomberg Government and includes Jane Lucas, who was recently honored by the Washingtonian as one of the most influential people shaping policy in Washington, D.C.
The 2025 NILE honorees were announced October 23, with an awards ceremony to be held November 3 at the organization’s annual gala.
