Natalia Souza Selected for the 2026 U.S. Bank Law Division Spotlight on Talent Program

Natalia Souza, senior associate with Alston & Bird’s Finance Group, has been selected as one of 15 associates to participate in the 2026 U.S. Bank Spotlight on Talent program. This year-long cohort experience focuses on building relationships and the professional development of rising talent at some of the bank’s select law firm partners.

The program will kick off at U.S. Bank headquarters in February with networking, learning opportunities, and goal-setting activities with bank attorneys and other executive leaders.

Throughout the year, cohort members participate in leadership meetings, practice group roundtables, targeted workshops, and networking events. A highlight each year is the opportunity to work with a mentor and make an educational presentation to the U.S. Bank Law Division. Spotlight participants strengthen their knowledge of the financial services industry and U.S. Bank’s business while developing lasting relationships with Law Division professionals and their cohort peers.

Based in London, Natalia focuses her practice on representing corporate trust and agency clients across a broad spectrum of U.S. and UK cross-border financing transactions, including high-yield debt transactions, loan agency, project finance, and structured debt financings. Her prior experience as a bank analyst gives her unique insight into her clients’ complex financial transactions.

Cohort participants have three to six years of experience and practice areas relevant to the legal needs of U.S. Bank. The Spotlight on Talent program will conclude in fall 2026.
