Alston & Bird Delivers Complete Win for Signify: A Clean-Sweep Jury Verdict

In what was dubbed the “most important IP trial in lighting in decades,” Alston & Bird secured a complete win for Signify (Philips Lighting). On February 10, 2026, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, Alston & Bird delivered a major win for leading global lighting company Signify, securing a clean‑sweep result on all six asserted patents against LED seller Lepro Innovation. The jury further found that Lepro Innovation’s infringement of all six patents was willful, underscoring the significance of the victory.

The Alston & Bird team representing Signify includes partners Adam Swain, Ravi Fernando, and Natalie Clayton and Gabriela Murillo and Thandi Mason.
