Bill, who co-leads the firm’s health care industry team and global litigation practice, reflected on the opportunities ahead for the firm, highlighting innovation such as AI and other technology, while emphasizing Alston & Bird’s commitment to client service, industry knowledge, and collaboration across practices and offices. A former U.S. Department of Justice attorney, he has represented clients in complex litigation and government investigations matters across the health care and technology sectors.
