• Representing a real estate developer in complex litigation seeking billions of dollars in damages against the federal government and its contractor related to fraudulent remediation practices at a former naval shipyard.
• Defending an industrial company and landowner in the longstanding, complex, and ongoing remediation of a high-profile Superfund site.
• Counseling an academic institution in civil litigation involving allegations that contamination at a federally funded research and development center impacted municipal drinking water supply wells.
• Providing CEQA advice and entitlement strategy for multiple developers of major residential and mixed-use projects throughout the city and county of Los Angeles.
• National environmental counsel advising on environmental enforcement, regulatory, and permitting matters at a fast-food company’s lemon juicing facility in California, along with operation of new distribution centers and food prep facilities in multiple states.
• Providing advice and counsel to a major energy company regarding historic water rights, permitting, and representation in a multi-basin water adjudication.

Gina Angiolillo represents companies in disputes involving environmental litigation and regulatory matters. Gina has extensive experience advising clients on issues involving real estate development, contamination concerns, cost-recovery, toxic tort, water rights, and environmental regulatory compliance. She also advises clients on matters pertaining to the regulatory landscape and potential liability for companies that manufacture, retail, or use products containing PFAS, a new, growing risk for companies across industries.

Before joining the firm, Gina received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was the 2017–2018 Environmental Law Program fellow, a managing editor of the Environmental Law Review, and an Environmental Law Society board member. Gina also earned a master’s degree from Duke University in environmental economics.
