Carolyn Bergkvist is an associate in the Health Care Group. Carolyn focuses her practice on health care regulatory matters including the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statue, and other regulations.
Before joining Alston & Bird, Carolyn was an associate at another law firm and previously served as a health care consultant. Carolyn earned her J.D., with honors, from Emory University, where she was the special content editor for the International Law Review and a member of the Health Law Society. She earned her B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
