Harry Bickford advises clients on a broad range of corporate restructuring and bankruptcy matters. His practice includes representing stakeholders in Chapter 11 proceedings, distressed transactions, recapitalizations, and restructuring-related litigation. Drawing on experience across both transactional and courtroom matters, Harry helps clients navigate complex financial challenges and achieve strategic business objectives.
Harry earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as an articles development editor for the American Criminal Law Review and participated in the Bankruptcy Advocacy Practicum. He received his B.A. in English from Columbia College, with concentrations in mathematics and physics.
