Kennedy Bodnarek provides both debtor and creditor representation in Chapters 7, 11, and 15 bankruptcy proceedings. Before starting her legal career, Kennedy worked as a certified public accountant in financial services. After joining the legal field, Kennedy clerked for the Northern District of Georgia Bankruptcy Court with the Hon. Jeffery W. Cavender.
