- Managing the eDiscovery process through data collection, data processing, document review, and document production, with a focus on complex and multifaceted matters involving litigation, regulatory investigations, and internal client audits.
- Designing and managing end-to-end document review workflows for large scale and complex litigation and regulatory investigations to ensure efficiency and defensibility, while meeting discovery obligations and deadlines.
- Counseling clients and case teams on overall eDiscovery strategies and best practices surrounding data collection, preservation, and security.
- Managing eDiscovery requests in response to subpoenas, requests for production of documents, and all other forms of discovery.
- Training new attorneys and large project attorney teams on the scope of responsiveness, privilege, and confidentiality to ensure consistency across document review workflows.
- Collaborating with case teams and clients to utilize analytics, AI, and technology-assisted review to improve workflows to maximize productivity and quality of work-product.
- Collaborating with case teams to effectively and efficiently mine eDiscovery datasets for fact development, evidence modules, and witness/deposition preparation.
