Gene Caiola has significant experience in a wide range of real estate matters, with a particular focus on the acquisition, management, and sale of distressed assets. Gene also represents clients in leasing, construction, joint ventures, financings, and loan workouts. He represents major lending institutions and real estate funds in the origination, acquisition, and sale of real estate loans.
