Enrique Chaljub

• Representing Wilmington Trust, National Association and Wilmington Trust Company, as security trustee and agent in approximately 50 aircraft financing transactions in connection with Wilmington Trust’s rights and claims in the Chapter 11 case.
• Represented a major health insurance provider in jointly administered Chapter 11 bankruptcies in the Northern District of Georgia.
• Represented one of the nation’s largest health insurance providers in connection with the Chapter 11 cases involving a national healthcare services company and its affiliates pending in the Southern District of Texas.

Enrique Chaljub focuses his practice on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy matters. He advises debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings across a variety of industries. Enrique also handles complex commercial litigation arising in the restructuring context.

Enrique received his J.D., with honors, from the Emory University School of Law, where he served as a symposium editor for the Emory Law Journal and the vice president of programming for the Emory Latin American Law Students Association. After graduating law school, Enrique clerked for the Northern District of Georgia Bankruptcy Court with the Hon. Sage M. Sigler. He earned a B.A., magna cum laude, in political science and international relations from Florida International University.
