- Represented Pathstone Family Office, a national multifamily office serving high and ultra-high net worth advisory clients, in its strategic private equity investment from Kelso & Company and its additional private equity investment from Lovell Minnick Partners. Completed seven other strategic acquisitions for this client.
- Represented Lovell Minnick Partners in its strategic majority investment in Houston-based registered investment advisor Americana Partners.
- Represented a leading global provider of digital commerce solutions in its negotiations with a global industry leader in payments technology for a processing agreement to strengthen its payments offering to its customers.
- Represented Corpay Inc., a global business payments and expense management company, in its $475 million acquisition of Paymerang LLC, an invoice and payment solution software company and portfolio company of Aldrich Capital Partners.
