Alyssa Dunn is an associate in the Corporate & Business Transactions Group at Alston & Bird. She advises both public and private corporate clients on business combinations, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as on capital raising.
Alyssa obtained her J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she served as co-editor-in-chief of the Stanford Journal of Law, Business & Finance. Before attending Stanford, she was a senior analyst at Nielsen. Alyssa graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in business administration from Bucknell University, where she was also a four-year member of the Division I women’s basketball team.
