- Representing the buyer of a university in connection with the acquisition of a former hospital building.
- Representing the seller of a university in the development of a research science facility and the sale of research laboratory space in the facility, including drafting and negotiating joint-use agreements.
- Representing the seller in connection with the disposition of seven skilled care facilities with seller mezzanine financing.
