Jonathan Fenster focuses his practice on a broad range of structured finance and asset-based lending transactions, including warehouse facilities, forward flow transactions, securitizations, and other private and syndicated lending arrangements. He has experience across multiple asset classes, including residential and commercial mortgage loans, credit card receivables, auto loans, private credit investments, and other specialty finance assets, and regularly advises financial institutions, private credit funds, and asset managers on structuring, origination, and financing.
Jonathan is also active in the firm’s technology initiatives, serving on the Associates Committee, and contributing to the firm’s broader innovation efforts, with a focus on AI-driven tools and workflow optimization.
Jonathan earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law and fellow at the Center on Law and Information Policy. While earning his undergraduate degree in biology, Jonathan was a student trainee in the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement.
