Daniel Fitzpatrick is an associate in the State and Local Tax Group. He focuses his practice on complex state and local taxation, administrative proceedings, litigation, unclaimed property matters, and audits.
Danny earned his J.D., with high honors, from the Emory University School of Law, where he served as the managing editor for the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. He earned his B.S. from Tulane University, magna cum laude, in finance. Before law school, Danny worked as an analyst at a Big Four accounting firm.
