• Represented an oil services company, former executives, and U.S. shareholders in disputes before the Department of Justice (DOJ), Interpol, SDNY Bankruptcy Court, and North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Tribunal.
• Represented a foreign bank as part of a global money laundering investigation pursued by the New York Department of Financial Services, Department of the Treasury, and DOJ.
• Represented a marketing intelligence company in a DOJ investigation.

Graham Gardner’s practice focuses on consumer protection issues in government enforcement, litigation, and white-collar matters. Graham has substantial experience representing clients in front of a wide range of government regulators, including the Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Department of Justice, state attorneys general, and state financial regulators. Before joining the firm, Graham worked as an associate for another international law firm.

While receiving a J.D. from George Washington University Law School, Graham interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of Columbia, the U.S. House Oversight and Reform Committee, and the Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Fraud Section. Graham was also a part of the George Washington Law Review. He earned his B.A. in philosophy from Clemson University.
