• Supervising and managing numerous attorneys in discovery and production of general commercial and financial litigation, product liability, health care, data breach, IP litigation, and government investigation documents.
• Managing eDiscovery requests in response to subpoenas, requests for production of documents, and all other forms of discovery.
• Training new attorneys on privilege, confidentiality, and eDiscovery policies and procedures.
• Significant experience advising case teams on the use of advanced eDiscovery technologies, including technology-assisted review (TAR), continuous active learning (CAL), and generative AI tools, to improve review efficiency, enhance accuracy, and reduce discovery costs.
• Supported large-scale second requests for an antitrust matter by managing high volume document review and privilege log workflows by 150 contract attorneys, across the U.S., UK, and India, ensuring defensible production under a tight deadline.
• Served as the privilege lead for a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical corporation, overseeing all privilege review teams, reviewing ESI protocols related to privilege, conducting quality control, preparing privilege logs and workflows to related reproductions, and claw backs.
• Assisted case teams with deposition preparation by identifying key documents and exhibits, creating summaries, and chronologies.
• Supervised and managed foreign language review teams in the U.S. and Europe on behalf of clients in Europe and Asia.
