Nina Goodall‑Bernal represents developers and investors in commercial real estate transactions across asset types. She supports clients throughout the life cycle of a deal, from early diligence and structuring through closing and post‑closing matters, with experience spanning multifamily, industrial, retail, office, hospitality, mixed‑use, and build‑to‑rent assets. Nina also supports leasing deals across numerous industry sectors including industrial, retail, and office.

Nina holds a J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law, where she was the symposium editor for the Emory Law Journal.
