• Represented a Fortune 500 company in the acquisition, development, and related synthetic lease financing of an industrial warehouse in the Dallas metropolitan area.
• Represented an Atlanta-based real estate investment fund in a $500 million revolving credit facility to be used for the future acquisition of industrial service facilities.
• Represented a national bank in connection with an amendment and restatement of an $850 million syndicated revolving credit facility for a national homebuilder.
• Represented a lender in a $220 million syndicated loan for a portfolio of student housing properties in Florida, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Texas.
• Represented a lender in a $75 million construction loan for a to-be-constructed independent living, assisted living, and memory care facility in Massachusetts.

Devin Gregory’s practice encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing. He assists lenders, developers, investors, and owner-operators with financing (including synthetic leasing), acquisitions and dispositions, development, and general real property matters related to health care, industrial, office, multi-family, and retail projects.

Devin holds a J.D., with honors, from the Emory University School of Law. He earned a B.S. in psychology, magna cum laude, and a B.A. in criminology, cum laude, from the University of Florida.
