Kiara Harding focuses their practice on handling regulatory and compliance issues related to EPA, DOT, and state environmental regulations. Kiara also uses their wide-ranging litigation experience to defend clients in complex commercial litigation matters.
While at Columbia Law School, Kiara served as a judicial intern for the Hon. LaShann DeArcy Hall in the Eastern District of New York.
Before attending law school, Kiara interned at an asset management firm, conducting in-depth analyses on market patterns and tendencies. They also interned for a software company in Tokyo, working on several projects involving employee relations. Additionally, Kiara was a House of Representatives congressional intern for Hank Johnson.
