Joshua Jones concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions in the health care sector, as well as investment funds matters, including fund formation and fund governance.

Joshua gained experience as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas R. Lee, of the Utah Supreme Court. Joshua received his J.D., cum laude, from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School. He received his undergraduate degree from Georgia State University, graduating summa cum laude.
