Lindsay Klein represents lenders in structured finance transactions, with a focus on the purchase, sale, and warehousing of a broad range of asset classes, including residential, commercial, and multifamily mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, and single-family rental portfolios. Her practice involves navigating complex deal structures and delivering practical solutions across diverse financing arrangements.

Lindsay earned her J.D., with honors, from The George Washington University Law School, where she served as senior managing editor of The George Washington Law Review and was a Dean’s Fellow in the Legal Research and Writing Program.
