Brody Klett is an associate in the Federal & International Tax Group. His practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, cross-border commercial transactions, renewable energy tax credits, and tax controversy. He earned his LL.M. in taxation from New York University and his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was a recipient of the State Bar of Georgia Tax Section Outstanding Student Award and president of the Tax Law Society. Brody received his B.B.A. in finance, from the University of Georgia.
