E. Channing Lansdell is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Real Estate Group. He concentrates his practice on the financing, acquisition, leasing, and disposition of commercial real estate.
Before law school, Channing was a practicing CPA and tax professional in KPMG’s New York Financial Services - Real Estate practice, where he focused on real estate taxation issues for partnerships, corporations, and other private equity special purpose vehicles.
Channing received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he served as an editor on the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and also earned his certification in law and business. He earned his bachelor of accountancy and his bachelor of arts in public policy leadership, summa cum laude, from the University of Mississippi.
