Abigail Letts focuses her practice on commercial real estate development.
Before joining the firm, Abbey served as an elementary and middle school teacher in Georgia’s public, private, and charter schools. She also worked as a data privacy and second education consultant, where she drove development, compliance, and data privacy initiatives, allowing her to develop a meticulous approach to compliance and risk management.
During law school, Abbey interned for Chief Justice Nels Peterson of the Supreme Court of Georgia and Hon. David L. Mincey, III of the Bibb County Superior Court.
Abbey received her J.D. from the Mercer University School of Law, magna cum laude, where she participated in the Mercer Law Review. She earned her M.Ed. in reading education, summa cum laude, and B.S. in middle grades education, cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
