• Represented Charis Holdings Inc. in its sale to Vista Bancshares.

• Represented Lamar Street Investment Partners LLC in its formation, capital raise and acquisition of Texas-based Fidelity Bancshares, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Fidelity Bank of Texas.
