Meghan Marks focuses her practice on assisting health care providers and investors with mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments, and other strategic transactions.
Meghan earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law where she was the managing editor of the Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review. She also served as a co-director of academic and professional success for the Black Law Students Association. She graduated, summa cum laude, with a B.A. in English from Spelman College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Before attending law school, Meghan earned her masters of education from Vanderbilt University.
