Kimberly Miller is a senior associate in Alston & Bird’s Real Estate Group and concentrates her practice on complex commercial real estate transactions, including the financing, acquisition, leasing, and disposition of a variety of asset classes across the country. Her clients include national developers, institutional investors, purchasers, and sellers. Kimberly also represents both borrowers and lenders in a wide range financing transactions that involve commercial real estate.
Before joining the firm, Kimberly worked as a commercial real estate finance associate in the Atlanta office a southeastern law firm, and clerked for the Hon. Paul M. Baisier, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Kimberly earned her J.D. from the Georgia State University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. Kimberly received her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
