- Represented a multinational investment bank in a $800 million syndicated senior secured credit facility, a $800 million syndicated senior credit facility and a $210 million syndicated senior secured term loan facility.
- Represented a cooperative bank in a $350 million revolving credit facility, a $215 million term loan facility and a $205 million secured term loan facility, in each case, to a rural electric cooperative.
- Represented a North American bank in a $185 million first lien asset based revolving credit facility for a U.S.-based steel manufacturing company and certain of its affiliates, including in a cross-border intercreditor agreement with second lien term loan lenders.
- Represented a U.S. subsidiary of a Canadian bank in connection with a $75 million syndicated senior secured asset based revolving loan and term loan facility for a technology services company and certain of its subsidiaries to provide acquisition financing to the borrowers.
- Represented a North American bank in a $205 million syndicated senior secured asset based revolving credit facility for an agricultural cooperative and certain of its affiliates.
- Represented a private credit investment firm in a $64.8 million syndicated senior secured credit facility for a provider of interior design and installation services and certain of its subsidiaries to provide acquisition financing to the borrowers to facilitate the purchase of new subsidiaries.
- Represented a multinational consumer goods company in its $3 billion revolving credit facility and €350 million swing line facility with a syndicate of lenders.
- Represented a global oncology company and certain of its subsidiaries in its $150 million cross-border senior secured revolving credit facility with a national bank and a syndicate of lenders.
