Mark Moore is counsel on Alston & Bird’s Real Estate Group and focuses his practice on public financing, incentivized development and commercial real estate development.

Mark received his J.D., summa cum laude, in 2016 from Georgia State University, where he was a judicial intern at the Supreme Court of Georgia under Justice David E. Nahmias and an associate editor of the Georgia State University Law Review.
Mark began his career in land development as a transportation engineer for local governments in the Atlanta metropolitan area, where he worked in all aspects of the development entitlement process. Mark earned a B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1999.
